Friendly Oaks Park is located on Montana Falls Drive.  This community park was built with a grant from Texas Parks & Wildlife, land donation by Stone Canyon developer, Blake Magee, and by funds from the MUD. This park includes a covered pavilion, playscape, swings, exercise station, drinking fountain, open play space and walk/jog path. The area has a karst feature which is surrounded by an iron fence.
