Ways to Pay My Bill

The Fern Bluff MUD has a group of professionals on staff and in the district to manage and operate your water and wastewater services. Our MUD offices are located in the district’s community center at the intersection of Wyoming Springs Dr. and Brightwater Blvd. (7320 Wyoming Springs Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681)

All billing, customer service, applications for new service and emergency calls go to one number. Non-emergency calls are answered M-F, 8am to 5pm and after-hour emergency calls are answered 24-hrs per day, 7-days per week. Just one number to remember:

Options to Pay My Bill

For your convenience, there are many ways to pay your utility bill each month:

  • Mail your payments
    • P.O. Box 682347, Houston, TX 77268-2347
    • Make checks to FERN BLUFF MUD, Allow up to 10 days to post due to USPS
  • Make payments at the MUD Office (M-F, 8 am – 5 pm) or in Drop Box (24 hrs., 7-days per week)

  • Automatic Payments – ACH from checking or Recurring Credit Cards
    • Set-up through MUD online system, no fee for ACH, 3% credit/debit card processing fee
    • Payments will be drafted/paid on bill due date
  • Online Bill Pay Thru MUD’s Bill Pay System
    • One-Time payment via Checking Account: $1.00 fee
    • One-Time payment via Debit/Credit Card: 3% credit card processing fee
    • Allow 24-28 hours to post

    • Pay with a checking account
  • Mobile App
    • One-time payment scanning MUD’s QR code on your monthly bill through your Phone App
  • Customer’s Personal Bank’s Online Bill Pay System
    • No Fee, Allow 2-5 days to post
  • Walk-up Bill Payer Locations – Example: Local HEBs
    • May pay with cash or check only, must have complete bill with stub, $2.00 processing fee
    • Allow 24-48 hours to post. Call the location to verify that they accept Fern Bluff MUD.

Bills are due on or before the due date and unpaid accounts will incur a 10% late fee.

If water service has been disconnected, payments must be made by contacting the MUD office by calling or in-person. All past due amounts, late fees, and a $60.00 reconnect fee must be paid to restore service. Do not make payments online if water service has been disconnected. All payments must be made before 4:00 pm to have water restored on the same business day and any payments received after 4:00 pm will be restored on the next business day. Residents are prohibited from restoring their own services when disconnected by the District. If a service address is found to be restored by anyone other than a District employee, the account holder will receive a service penalty of $250.00. The penalty must be paid by cash or credit/debit card prior to services being restored.

Please go to PAY MY BILL and set up an online account with the Fern Bluff MUD. Please have your most recent utility bill handy as you will need the last 10-digits of your account number as well as the EXACT way your account name is listed on the bill.
